ASSO SP2

Activities of the association

The particular feature of the Society, Politics, Public Health Doctoral School (ED SP2) is its wide variety of disciplinary fields and its geographical spread across all the University of Bordeaux campuses. The association organizes events and contributes to the life of the school by encouraging meetings and exchanges between PhD students and supervisors.

Every year, the association organizes the ED SP2 Gala which brings together researchers, PhD students, other students, as well as technical staff attached to the school. This is a party for everyone to enjoy themselves, and concludes the solemn doctoral graduation ceremony.

AQUIDOC

AquiDoc is a multidisciplinary association which aims to promote career development for young researchers (PhD students and post-docs) outside academia.

Since 2007, AquiDoc has been informing young researchers in Aquitaine about their career opportunities, offering advice and providing workshops to prepare them for the job market, by organizing events such as the Forum AquiDoc.
