Schedule of deadlines for submitting applications
Calendar 2020/2021
Applications must be submitted to EDSP2 at least 6 weeks before the date of the EDSP2 Council meeting.
The CAc sits 3 times in the university year to consider requests for ADT and authorizations to register for the HDR (October, March, June).
- The EDSP2 prepares an appraisal of the requests for ADT and the HDR authorization requests. These reports are added to the application files and the EDSP2 Council gives its opinion on each request. The EDSP2 informs candidates of the decisions by email.
- Requests (files and reports) that are approved by the EDSP2 Council are passed to the Graduate Research School.
- The Graduate Research School makes the applications available to members of the CAc at least 2 weeks before the CAc meets. Results are sent to the candidates by the Graduate Research School.
